My uncle's father, who fought in the second world war, donated many of his papers and military papers to the World at War programme in the mid 70s. He never opened up fully about his time in the military but we do know that he worked clearing up concentration camps at the end of the war. Would these papers still be kept and stored anywhere, does anyone know? I'd really appreciate it if anyone could let me know as it'd be a treasure trove of new information for my uncle! Thanks for your help, Stacey.

Hi Stacey, I can't help you unfortunately, but I will speak to the book's editor to see if she can give you a bit more information.

Hi Katie,

I must apologise for never replying to your post, I did check for a couple of weeks after I posted and never realised anyone had left a response. Thanks for replying, did you ever manage to ask the books editor about this at all?

Many thanks,

Stacey.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you on this. All of the interviews are stored at the Imperial War Museum in London, so they are the people to speak to for any archival material. Good luck!
